These terms apply to your use of superbathrooms.com.au, run by Super Bathrooms (ABN 91 848 031 991), based in Bankstown NSW. By using the website you agree to them. They cover the website only: any renovation work is done under a separate written contract.

The information here is general. It describes our services and typical renovations, and it is not advice for your particular home. We keep it accurate and up to date as best we can, but services, products and prices change, so please confirm anything important with us before relying on it.

Cost estimates

Our cost calculator gives a general guide only. General estimate only, for typical Sydney projects in 2026 including GST. It is not a quote and may not reflect the final cost of your project, which depends on the room, access, hidden issues such as water damage or asbestos, and the fixtures you choose. An estimate is not an offer, and we are not bound by it.

Enquiries, quotes and contracts

• Sending a form or calling us is an enquiry. It does not create a booking or a contract, and it does not commit you to anything.
• We give a written quote after measuring and inspecting the room. The quote states what is included and how long it is valid.
• Work only goes ahead under a written contract signed by you and us. For residential building work in NSW the contract follows the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW), including home building compensation cover and a cooling-off period where they apply. If the contract and these terms differ, the contract applies.
• Please give us accurate details so we can quote properly and contact you.

Using the website fairly

You agree not to:

• send false, abusive or automated enquiries, or use our forms to send spam;
• try to break into, overload or interfere with the website or its security, including our spam protection;
• copy large parts of the website, or collect information from it with automated tools.

Our name and content

The Super Bathrooms name, logo and the text of this website belong to us. You are welcome to share links to our pages, but please do not copy our content or use our name or logo without our written permission.
